The Seven Pillars of Personal Safety.

Come and learn from the best, Personal Safety specialist Robert Agar-Hutton will be teaching a two-day course on the 'Seven Pillars of Safety' come and learn:

• Understand how you can always be appropriately alert and aware. There is no advantage in being paranoid and there is danger in being 'asleep on your feet'. Learn how to be in the right state at the right time.
• Learn how to increase your safety tenfold by taking just three simple precautions.
• Learn and practice verbal de-escalation skills, the art of fighting without fighting.
• Learn how to change your inner psychological outlook from victim to SURVIVOR.
• Learn and practice the effortless (well almost) art of physical self-defence. The idea that you need to be big and strong to be a fighter is simply not true - If you know what to do and how to do it.
• Understand the Legal and Moral minefield that surrounds you protecting yourself and your loved ones. There is little point in winning a minor altercation if you end up in court or in prison.
• Learn the special mental processes necessary to integrate all the skills that you have into a single hyper-efficient Warrior Mindset.

All the above (and more) will be covered in an intense, exciting and interesting two-day course.

HOWEVER - BE WARNED - This seminar is not for everybody. In order to participate in this seminar you will have to fill out a suitability questionnaire and you will have to provide two references from appropriate people (Doctor, Teacher, Solicitor, Bank Manager, Police officer, etc) who will certify you as being of good character and suitable to learn these specialist personal Safety skills.

The fee includes two nights (Friday and Saturday) hotel accommodation and all meals, training and a comprehensive course manual.
